RooLoans ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What We Collect

Mobile phone number (verified via WhatsApp OTP)
Email address and name (optional — you may skip this step)
Calculator inputs (loan amount, deposit, state, etc.) — stored anonymously until phone is verified
Technical data: IP address, user agent, referrer, UTM parameters (for fraud prevention and analytics)

How We Use Your Information

To deliver your calculator report via WhatsApp
To connect you with a licensed mortgage broker (only if you explicitly request this)
To improve our calculators and content
To detect and prevent fraud (bot submissions, fake leads)

Sharing Your Information

We share your contact details with a mortgage broker only when you explicitly request a broker introduction. We do not sell your data to multiple parties. We do not share your data with lenders.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@rooloans.com.

Data Storage

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure (including Australian data centres). Calculator reports are retained for 30 days then automatically deleted.
